Seaton Woodley III, Attorney at Law, Hatagna, GuamSEATON M. WOODLEY III, graduated from Boston University in 1967. He attended Officer's Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia, in 1967 - 1968 and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army in 1968. He served a one year tour of duty in the Republic of Vietnam in 1969 - 1970. Upon completion of military service, Mr. Woodley attended Suffok University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated in 1973 and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar the same year.

In 1974, Mr. Woodley entered active service with the United States Navy serving as a Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General Corps.

In 1976, Mr. Woodley left active duty and entered private practice in Massachusetts. He served as an assistant city solicitor for the city of Somerville, Massachusetts.

In 1981, Mr. Woodley returned to active duty with the Navy and returned to duty on Guam. He took the Guam bar examination and was admitted to the Guam Bar in 1982. He retired from the Naval Reserve as a Commander in 1993.

Mr. Woodley has been in private practice on Guam since 1982, and has practiced family law concentrating in divorce, child custody and support cases.

Today. Mr. Woodley continue to specialize in the practice of family law representing Guam residents, U.S. Citizens and foreign non-residents as well as members of the U.S. Military and Merchant Seamen stationed on Guam, aboard ship or in other Pacific Rim countries.
